How to request a cancellation

To cancel your consultation or request a refund, simply email our team using the button below. We will review your request and respond within one business day.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your consultation reference number (from your confirmation email)
  • The email address used when you placed your order
  • Your reason for cancellation

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it back to your original payment card — no bank details needed.
