Verify a Certificate

An employer, university, airline, insurer or other recipient can use this tool to check that a MedicalCert certificate is genuine. Enter the Submission ID printed on the certificate and the date of birth shown on it. A match confirms that a certificate with that reference was issued, and shows its type and issue date. No medical information about the patient is shown.
