MedicalCert operates under UK medical regulatory standards. All documentation requested through the platform is independently reviewed by a General Medical Council (GMC) registered doctor and issued only where there is a clear clinical basis.
Clinical decisions are made in accordance with professional obligations set out by the General Medical Council (GMC), including maintaining patient safety, acting with integrity, and ensuring that medical documentation is accurate and not misleading.
Independent Clinical Review
Each request is assessed individually. Certificates and letters are not generated automatically. Where sufficient clinical grounds do not exist, documentation will not be issued.
Professional Accountability
Doctors providing services through the platform maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance and are accountable to their regulatory body. Clinical decisions are independent and cannot be influenced by commercial outcome.
Platform & Administrative Structure
MedicalCert operates as a digital platform. Payment processing and platform administration are managed through a United States limited liability company. This administrative structure provides secure infrastructure but does not replace clinical oversight or professional regulation.
