MedicalCert is a digital marketplace connecting patients with independent GMC-registered doctors for private medical consultations. All documentation requested through the platform is reviewed independently by the treating doctor and issued only where the GP determines there is a clear clinical basis.
Clinical decisions are made by each doctor in accordance with their professional obligations set out by the General Medical Council (GMC), including maintaining patient safety, acting with integrity, and ensuring that medical documentation is accurate and not misleading.
Independent Clinical Review
Each request is sent directly to an independent GMC-registered doctor for individual assessment. Certificates and letters are not generated automatically. Where the GP determines there is insufficient clinical basis, documentation will not be issued.
Professional Accountability
Doctors providing services through the platform are self-employed independent practitioners who maintain their own professional indemnity insurance and are individually accountable to the GMC. Clinical decisions are made independently by each doctor and cannot be influenced by commercial outcome.
Platform & Administrative Structure
MedicalCert connects patients with independent GMC-registered doctors for private medical consultations. Payment processing and platform administration are managed through Nobel Medical LLC, a United States limited liability company registered in Delaware. This administrative structure provides secure infrastructure but does not replace the independent clinical oversight of each treating doctor.
