Your information is used to connect you with an independent GMC-registered doctor for clinical review, facilitate the issuance of medical documentation where the doctor determines it is appropriate, process payments securely, maintain service security and integrity, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Medical information is accessed only by the independent GMC-registered doctor assigned to your request, through secure authentication systems. Doctors are subject to their own professional confidentiality obligations and UK regulatory standards as GMC-registered practitioners.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe through Nobel Medical LLC. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
7. Data Hosting and International Transfers
Data is hosted within the Asia/Pacific region through our hosting provider. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
